Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service works on a reservation system only. Customers must call a minimum of 48hrs before a scheduled pick-up in order to assure service. If a reservation is being made after the 48hr time restriction, it is up to Aero Shuttle whether or not to honor that reservation. All reservations are confirmed by an Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service member by telephone.

Policy and Procedures
Cancellation Policy – -All tickets are non-refundable. If you must cancel your reservation, 48hr cancellation notice is required by calling and talking to a reservationist only. Your ticket will be valid for six months. If a cancellation is received less than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a minimum of $25.00 fee to the full fare depending on what efforts were taken by Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service’s staff.No-shows on the date of service are considered used tickets.
Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service will make every effort to abide by the posted schedule. If an unforeseen delay happens: accident, medical emergency, vehicle problem, road construction, traffic, bad weather or an act of God, Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service will make every effort to act accordingly and stay to the scheduled route. If a passenger(s) miss their flight due to an unforeseen event, Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service will provide transportation back to their original place of origin and (may) offer a complimentary ride and/or a refund. This decision will be made by an Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service member and it will vary depending on the circumstances.
Customers will have a limit of 2 suitcases and 1 small carry-on. (luggage limits may vary depending on availability)

Middletown @ 21308 Calistoga Rd. (gravel parking lot) next to deli. Please park away from normal customer parking lot
Clearlake Oaks @ Lake Point Lodge 13407 E. Hwy 20
Kits Corner@ Hwy 29 and Soda Bay Rd. (limited availability)
Parking is available at this location, but owners must be contacted in order to confirm parking. (a fee may apply)

*The customers are solely responsible for their vehicles at all shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations. Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service LLC and parking lot property owners will not be held liable for any theft or damage done to customer vehicles left at shuttle stop locations.
Aero Airport Shuttle and Charter Service LLC has the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone.
